This will be a different kind of dinner at Eagles Nest, instead of full entrées, we’ll guide you through a four-course tapas experience, each small bite paired with a carefully selected wines.

$60 deposit, total ticket cost $129 | dinner only ticket: $79
Course 1: Pan-seared scallop with vanilla-corn purée, crispy pancetta, and lemon beurre blanc
Paired with Orin Swift “Mannequin” Chardonnay
Course 2: Braised short rib croquette with roasted beet aioli, micro arugula, and shaved parmesan
Paired with Orin Swift “8 years in the Desert” Red Blend
Course 3: Seared barramundi with cherry gastrique, cacao nib dust, and crispy shallots
Paired with Orin Swift “Abstract” Grenache Blend
Course 4: Dark chocolate pot de crème with red wine reduction, candied hazelnuts, and whipped mascarpone
Paired with Orin Swift “Machete” Petite Sirah Blend

Dietary alterations are not accommodated for this event. the menu is subject to change at the chef's discretion. a deposit of $60 is required to purchase your ticket. Deposits are non-refundable. Final bill, including tax and 20% gratuity will be presented at the end of the dinner. (Gratuity will be on the full ticket cost which is $129)
