Day 1: Learn the Choreography
We’ll break down a fun, beginner-friendly lap dance routine step by step. You’ll focus on musicality, intention, and movement that feels good in your body.

Day 2: Refine & Embody
We’ll polish the choreography, smooth transitions, and build confidence in your performance. This day is all about embodiment — owning the movement and feeling grounded in your power.

Day 3: Bring Your Lover Day
Bring a partner of your choice (or dance for yourself) and perform the choreography as a Valentine’s gift. This final day is about being witnessed, celebrated, and fully present in your sensuality — on your terms.
