Pre-Act: Hors D’Oeuvres
Italian Bruschetta with whipped Ricotta and Roasted Tomatoes
Mini Pimento Cheese & Bacon Balls with a Pretzel Skewer
Brown Sugar Glazed Water Chestnuts wrapped in Bacon
Pairing: Bubbly Rosé
Act I: Gulf Coast Prawns
Sautéed Prawns with bacon, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs over Italian Polenta, finished with a White Wine butter sauce.
Pairing: Destiny Vidal Blanc
Act II: Vegetable Terrine Salad
Grilled Vegetable Terrine layered with fresh herbs and Provolone, served with Field Greens, Balsamic reduction, and a Parmesan tuille.
Pairing: Afternoon Delight
Main Act: Beef and Reef Oscar
Pan-Seared Filet Mignon and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat topped with Demi-Glace and Béarnaise Sauce. Served with whipped potatoes and fresh asparagus.

Act IV: Bavarian Cream Chocolate Tulip
