Celebrate Valentine’s Day as a ritual of love, presence, and embodied connection. Join us for a transformational evening featuring a heart-opening cacao ceremony, an immersive gong wash sound healing, and an ecstatic dance journey designed to awaken joy, release stored tension, and restore energetic harmony.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for opening the heart, enhancing emotional clarity, and deepening connection with yourself and others. Cacao supports relaxation, boosts mood, and helps soften emotional armor—creating a safe, grounded space for intention-setting and authentic expression.
From there, we move into ecstatic dance, a powerful somatic practice that allows the body to release stress, stagnant emotions, and mental overload through free, intuitive movement. Dancing without choreography or judgment helps regulate the nervous system, increase vitality, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm and inner joy.
As the evening deepens, you’ll be bathed in a Gong Wash Sound Healing, where powerful vibrations of gongs and harmonic instruments move through the body at a cellular level. These frequencies help shift brainwaves into deep meditative states, clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and support emotional and physical release—leaving you feeling reset, spacious, and renewed.
