We’re offering an exclusive, intimate dining experience with a carefully crafted multi-course meal and expertly paired cocktails. Upstairs, we’ll host just 10 couples in a cozy setting, complete with elevated dishes and a romantic ambiance that will make this Valentine’s one to remember.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

• Apricot Highball: A refreshing blend of Nikka Gin, apricot liqueur, honey, and grapefruit, topped with soda water and a garnish of dried apricot, lime peel, and mint.
• Prosciutto Melon & Charcuterie Appetizer

• Jasmine Infused Nikka Coffey Malt Whiskey Cocktail: A floral, citrus-forward creation, finished with blackberry ginger beer and fresh basil.
• Pizza Choices (12-inch):

1. Gorgonzola, caramelized onions, fig balsamic drizzle, and bacon.
2. Arrabiata sauce, prosciutto, arugula, onions, balsamic glaze, and hot honey.

• Chocolate Raspberry Espresso Martini: A decadent mix of Nikka Grain Whiskey, raspberry syrup, espresso, and chocolate, topped with a red tuile and raspberries.
• Blood Orange Old Fashioned: A bold, bittersweet sip featuring Nikka Whiskey, blood orange jasmine demerara syrup, and vanilla Angostura.
• Tiramisu: Framboise-soaked ladyfingers, lemon and raspberry mascarpone, and dehydrated raspberries.
