Land & Sea: A Love Story at Lush & Hush
A one-night-only Valentine’s dinner.
A five-course set menu inspired by land and sea,
designed to be discovered, guessed, and shared.
The menu features premium ingredients such as
Japanese A5 Wagyu, venison, Wellington beef, foie gras, oyster, langoustine, king crab claws, and lobster,
revealed gradually as the story unfolds.

Why you’ll love this evening
This is not a standard Valentine’s dinner.
Your menu unfolds as a story told in five chapters, inspired by two journeys —
one from the land, the other from the sea — meeting at one table.
As each dish is served, guests are invited to guess which chapter has come to life.
Correctly guess any dish, and you’ll be treated to a complimentary cocktail.
The setting is intimate and romantic,
with floral arrangements and soft lighting creating a warm Valentine’s atmosphere.
The experience
The dinner is presented as a five-course set menu, told in chapters rather than traditional courses.
You’ll choose one of two journeys:
From the Land or From the Sea.
Both share the same beginning and ending, but follow different paths in between.
The menu features premium ingredients such as
Japanese A5 Wagyu, venison, Wellington beef, foie gras, oyster, langoustine, king crab claws, and lobster,
revealed gradually as the story unfolds.
A final note
As the story reaches its final moments, the ending is intentionally left open.
Those who choose to linger a little closer may discover one last gesture of sweetness waiting at the end of the night.
This is an evening designed for couples to slow down,
share a meal, and experience something memorable together.

First Seating: 6:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Second Seating: 8:30 pm onwards
