Valentine’s Date Night: Cocktail Class & Dinner in the Rackhouse

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a relaxed, intimate evening in the Rackhouse. This guided cocktail class and seated 3-course dinner is designed to be hands-on but easy going. Good drinks, good food, and time well spent together.

Led by Desert Door mixologist Sam Rigney, you’ll learn to make three signature cocktails featuring our core spirits:

• Texas 75 – Desert Door Pollinator
• Fae’s Harvest – Desert Door Oak Aged
• Copperhead – Desert Door Original
  

Each cocktail is made step-by-step, with plenty of time to sip, ask questions, and enjoy the process.

Dinner will be prepared live by Sons of the Wild, cooking just outside the Rackhouse.

Appetizer Jambon-Beurre Crostini Toasted crostini, locally sourced organic whipped butter, smoked ham

Small Entrée Steak & Potatoes Oak-grilled strip steak with green chimichurri and sotol & chipotle cream scalloped potatoes

Dessert Campfire Cake Chocolate cake with whipped marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crust
