Valentine’s Clay Heart Dish Workshop ❤️
Ages 7 & up

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a sweet, hands-on clay class at Artist For A Day! In this two-part workshop, artists will create a small heart-shaped dish from clay—perfect for holding jewelry, notes, or tiny treasures.
During the first session, participants will hand-build their heart dish from start to finish, learning how to shape clay, smooth edges, and add simple textures or details. Every piece turns out a little different, making each dish extra special. After the clay is fired, you’ll return during open studio hours to glaze your piece in your favorite Valentine-inspired colors.
✨ No clay experience needed—just imagination and a willingness to get a little messy!
Workshop Details:
Create your clay piece in two sessions—one to sculpt and one to glaze.
The fee includes one clay session, plus a return visit in two weeks to paint it yourself.
We will notify you once your piece has been slow-dried and kiln-fired (about 14–18 days). You’ll then be able to glaze your piece!
After glazing, your piece will be ready for pickup 10 days later.
Cost: $35 per person (includes all materials and supplies)
What’s Included: Clay, sculpting tools, and all painting supplies.
Additional Notes:
Our paints are non-toxic and easy to wash off. Bring your own apron if you’d like extra protection!
Due to space constraints, we can’t accommodate additional guests or spectators during the workshop.
Bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy while you create.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another guest.
