What makes a good charcuterie board? And what wines should you pair with your board? Get answers to these questions and more, when you attend our build-your-own charcuterie board class and Wine Tasting event!Join us on Monday, February 10th for our third annual Wine Tasting and Charcuterie Board Class. Chef Joshua will be on hand to discuss what makes a great charcuterie board and how you can recreate a beautiful and delicious board at home for your next dinner party, or just a casual Sunday afternoon snack. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own board with a large selection of meats, cheeses, and accouterments.
Bar Manager and sommelier Kris Latka will be pouring a great selection of wines and discussing what you should keep in mind when you pair wines with meats & cheeses.
This will be a fun, casual, and enjoyable evening of great wine, great food, and great people!
The bar opens at 6:00 pm with the wine tasting and class beginning promptly at 6:30. Space is limited and reservations are required.
