Join Amy Thompson, E-RYT 500 and the fabulous musicians from the Conduit Center for this afternoon of self care. We will begin with a meditation on self love and then transition into the professional sound healing. The room will be decorated with soft lights, heated to a cozy 75 degrees, and scented with high quality essential oils. The combination of meditation and sound healing provides a nurturing space for individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, release negative emotions, and embrace the healing energy of self-love. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and are welcome to bring socks, blankets (weighted blankets or others), pillows- anything to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
$40 in advance, $45 day of event.
