This Valentine’s Day weekend, join us for a Fourth Chakra, heart-centered sound immersion experience focused on the energies of love, relationship, connection, and compassion. The session will begin with gentle movements to prepare our bodies to lie still. We’ll then be embraced by sounds from a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, a buffalo drum, and others.

Sound immersions facilitate “active relaxation” and engage the parasympathetic nervous system to help regulate hormones, balance energies, and calm the mind.

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, cushion, blanket, eye mask, or anything else that might help you relax and lie comfortably. You are also welcome to bring crystals or essential oils for personal use.
