Valentines self love and cacao sound journey £25 7-9pm 14th feb
Give yourself the valentines gift of deep self-love and nourishment. This session is designed to honour and embrace the most important relationship in your life and that is the one you have with yourself. You’ll be invited to deeply connect with your heart 💓
We will begin the journey with a heart opening cacao ceremony and set some beautiful heart felt intentions. Cacao has been used in South America as a deep emotional healing tool. In the West we are recognising the power it has in ceremony to heal. It is also rich in anti-oxidants, magnesium, iron and has mood enhancing compounds. As well as nurturing your body it opens the heart chakra, enhancing deep connection and clarity.
We will move into a self love meditation that will then take us into a beautiful sound journey that uses healing vibrations to further soothe your nervous system and help you connect more deeply to your heart intentions. Sound healing promotes relaxation, clears energy blockages, and leaves you feeling more grounded and balanced.
Please be aware that if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have severe mental instability or sound induced epilepsy we do not recommend sound baths.
Please bring a pen and journal with you.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow. If you want extra comfort bring a yoga mat too. I will bring these but if you want to double up you can.
