Important Details:
Arrival: If this is your first visit to the Center, please arrive by 5:40 PM, and no later than 5:55 PM, as the door locks promptly at 6:00 PM. We kindly ask for your understanding that late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
What to Bring: Please bring a journal and water. We now have comfortable mats and blankets available, but you are welcome to bring anything else that makes you feel at ease.
Preparation: Stay well-hydrated and avoid eating two hours prior to the event. Wear comfortable clothing to fully relax into the experience.
Space is limited, and this event is likely to sell out. We highly recommend registering in advance to secure your spot. We look forward to sharing this special time with you!
