Bring a partner, a friend, or someone you’d simply love to share time with and join us for an evening of connection and fun. If you don't have a partner, we will pair you with someone. Together we will explore partner postures, gentle stretches, and shared breath that make yoga feel light and joyful.This playful practice is about moving together, supporting each other, and discovering new ways to connect through awareness and presence. Expect moments of laughter, sweet challenges, and time to relax as we move through shapes that encourage trust and communication.
No experience is needed. Just bring your open heart, a mat, and someone you’d like to connect with in a meaningful way.
