On a weekend focused on love, we are hosting a cocktail omakase focused on “perfect” pairings -- from classic to modern + unexpected. We won’t hold back on top shelf ingredients. There might be poetry involved. So, couple up, and

About Common Good's Omakase Experience:

"Omakase" in Japanese literally translates to "I leave the details to you." In this experience, Beverage Director and Co-Owner Chad Hauge will be reaching deep into his hospitality pockets … sharing what he loves about cocktails, taste, interesting flavor profiles and combinations, and exploring new territory in the world of cocktail crafting.

Each seating will host only 10 guests at the bar, creating an intimate setting, and include 4 cocktails (appx ¾ strength each) that will be "dealer’s choice" and served in an intentional menu progression. However, Chad will take strong preferences, aversions, and any allergies into considerations as needed, and participants will have the opportunity to indicate when signing up. Price includes 2-3 slices of local Nemec's Brothers Pizza along with the drinks.
