chargrilled local banana prawn skewers + mango & habanero foam

lacto mango + patron + chipotle + coconut foam
Course Two
corn ribs + chipotle orange + feta + lime

slow braised eva valley beef shin + gochujang-jerk + tostones + pickled onion
