– What to Expect:
This exciting workshop covers key elements to elevate your heels dancing, including:

• Foundational Heels Technique: Master proper posture, alignment, and footwork to build a solid technical foundation.
• Intention & Execution: Learn to move with purpose, precision, and control while conveying emotion through your dance.
• Performance Quality: Develop stage presence, confidence, and sensuality to captivate any audience.

Beyond technique, we’ll guide you in exploring authentic self-expression and sensuality in movement to help you:

About your instructor Sydnie: She is a dynamic force in the world of dance, with a special passion for heels. From an early age, her dance training included a variety of styles – from ballet to jazz funk and more, she spent nine years as a competitive dancer. She’s a skilled choreographer and educator since she was 18, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from San Francisco State University. Now she brings her impressive experience to her heels classes, where she empowers students to connect with their movement, confidence, and sensuality.
