Leek and Potato Soup: Served with warm Henllan bread and a parmesan crisp (v).
Tender Atlantic Prawns and Melon: Bound in a coconut rum Marie Rose sauce.
Shredded Duck Pancake: With spring onion, cucumber, and hoisin sauce.
Deep Fried Breaded Brie: On an orange and mixed leaf salad, served with a cranberry dip (v).

Salmon and Cod Fillets: Served together on crushed pea purée with dauphinoise potatoes.
Chargrilled Ribeye Steak: Served with roasted tomato, mushroom, onion rings, chips, and a dressed salad. (£10 supplement.)
Stuffed Chicken Breast: Filled with soft cheese, basil, and sundried tomatoes, served on leek mash with a white wine sauce.
Mushroom Linguini: Served with a seasonal salad and garlic bread (v).
