Please join us for a Valentines Day themed self-love event! We will be decorating positive affirmation journals. Supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your own journal if you’d like! We will also be filling out a self-love exercise worksheet in order to be entered into a raffle for a gift basket. Free snacks (beverages can be purchased).
