Bring your valentine and come join us at the Culinary Apple on February 14th at 6 pm for a Valentine's Day themed Sourdough Sip & Bake! We'll learn how to bake sourdough with artisan methods while we sip on local wine and enjoy delicious fudge. This event is extra special because each attendee will be able to take home their own bottle of wine and homemade butter at the end of the class AND enjoy fresh organic whole grain sourdough baked right then and there! Featuring Bluebird Grain Farms locally grown and milled organic flour, we will learn all the basics of sourdough and have fun doing it! Along with all the knowledge you need to bake sourdough on your own, each student will take home their very own starter, ready-to-bake boule, dough that we mix, notebook, goodies and have the option to shop after the class with an exclusive 10% off coupon offered by the Culinary Apple!
