This Valentine's Day come in for a sound bath with only Mid and Lower Tone Bowls for a Heart Healing. Using Mid tones, we soothe and balance the middle chakras like the solar plexus, the heart and the higher heart chakra, while low tones ensure that the body relaxes and allows the healing to take place, bypassing the mental gymnastics of the overactive mind.

No added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound of the bowls.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need. Come in comfortable loose clothing and something to keep yourself warm if you find yourself easily chilled. Water for hydration.
