This event is great for couples to do together OR single people! We will do a mind journey focused on giving and receiving LOVE. It’s the perfect way to kick off your Valentine’s Day evening with your other half, your “Galentine’s” group, or yourself (showing self love!)
Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation at the serene Wilson’s Landing Park, nestled by the gentle flow of the river and shaded by magnificent, ancient trees. This peaceful sanctuary offers a spacious setting perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature, as the sound waves wash over you and guide you into a state of calm.
Set beneath a canopy of sprawling branches and surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, you’ll be invited to let go of stress and embrace the present moment. We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork exercise, followed by a healing sound bath experience that will transport you into a space of tranquility and renewal.
There’s no need to bring anything— blankets to lay on, pillows, and lavender-infused eye masks will be provided to ensure your comfort. Feel free to bring any other relaxation props you would like to get extra comfy! If it's a chilly day, make sure to dress appropriately & bring a blankie. Simply come as you are, ready to relax, receive, and fully immerse yourself in this meditative journey.
This morning experience is ideal for all levels, and we welcome everyone looking to relax, reflect, and renew in a natural sanctuary. Let the beauty of nature and the harmonious vibrations guide you to peace, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready for the weekend.
