Join our Valentine's Partner Yoga class for a heartwarming experience. Explore the foundations of Acro yoga suitable for beginners, embrace the joy of weight sharing, and deepen your connection with your partner through mindful poses. Celebrate love, balance, and wellness together in this special session. Lauren Sawson will be your guide, blending her training in acrobatic arts with yoga.
You do not have to be a couple to do this we encourage friends, family members, long time lovers, etc. All are welcome!
