Make this Valentine's Day truly unforgettable by joining us for an elegant evening dedicated to love, connection, and a vital cause. You're invited to our exclusive Black Tie Valentine's Day Gala Dinner, proudly supporting the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
Mark your calendars for Friday, February 14th, 2026, as we transform the majestic PIER 21 in Halifax, NS, into a romantic haven. This isn't just a night of romance; it's an opportunity to make a profound difference for heart and brain health across Canada.
The evening commences at 6:00 PM with the opening of our exciting Silent Auction. Peruse a curated selection of incredible items, knowing that 100% of the proceeds will directly benefit the Heart & Stroke Foundation. All auction items will be on display onsite for your viewing pleasure.
For a touch of convenience and romance, a flower distributor will be available onsite so you can surprise your loved one with a beautiful bouquet.
A delectable plated dinner service begins promptly at 7:00 PM, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience and each patron will receive a beautiful box of Rousseau Chocolatier chocolates! As the night unfolds, get ready to sway and twirl when the dancing commences at 9:00 PM. The festivities will continue until the doors close at midnight.
Menu:
Appetizer - Vegetable tartlet (balsamic onion and spiced pressed apple with pumpkin ricotta)
Entrée - Choose from grilled 12ox prime rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding, merlot jus, and herb mashed potatoes, OR Seared sustainable blue Atlantic Salmon wit maple dijon glaze, hickory smoked fingerling potatoes, miso saffron sauce, OR Eggplant and Mushroom Caponata: grilled eggplant filled with balsamic glazed rain forest mushrooms topped with vegan cheese (Vegan/Gluten Free).
Dessert - Vegan double chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and shaved dark chocolate (Vegan/Gluten Free).
Enjoy the evening's festivities with a cash bar available throughout.

Cancellation policy
Refunds will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the event. After that period, no refunds will be accepted. We encourage you to transfer your registration to a loved one rather than refund your ticket. Please email [email protected] to have a name changed on tickets being transferred.
