It’s Valentine’s Day reimagined! Celebrate nature’s winter love with a guided forest bathing experience through the woods and shoreline of the historic Congdon Estate.This is a gentle sensory experience with prompts that open the heart, quiet the mind, and soothe the spirit. Your certified forest bathing guide, Barbara, will offer invitations that bridge the ordinary and sacred, celebrating a love story written in the winter woods.
Deepen your attention and share moments of gratitude in the healing presence of nature and one another. Tea and light snacks conclude the experience.

Important notes:
• Portable bathrooms are available at the ticket office. No indoor bathroom will be available.
• Please plan to arrive at the ticket office 15 minutes early. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Warm winter boots and traction devices are recommended. Dress in layers. We will be outside for the duration of the event and intentionally moving slowly.
• Snowshoes are available to borrow.
• Warm beverages and a fire will be available throughout.
