Join us on Friday, February 13th starting at 6:00 PM for our annual Valentine's Day formal dining experience! ❤️Lala's in the Lakes will be catering a delicious buffet-style meal, including:
• Berry & Goat Cheese Salad - Greens topped with seasonal berriers. candied walnuts, craisins, and maple peppercorn balsamic. Goat cheese crumbles on the side.
• Bread Board - House made rolls, focaccia, and seed crackers with tomato basil, strawberry jalapeno, and salted butter.
• Arancini Balls - Served with marinara sauce.
• Main Course | Marry Me Chicken - Chicken breasts covered in blush sauce with tomato-spinach and onion.
• Main Course | Short Ribs - Slow roasted ribs with a sage demi glaze.
• Main Course | Grilled Salmon - Grilled salmon topped with Pinor Noir reduction sauce.
• Sides - Mushroom risotto, garlic mashed potatoes, and rosemary buttered heriloom carrots.
• Dessert - Cherry cheesecake shooters, strawberry shortcake-chocolate sponge cake, and pink champagne cupcakes.
