Experience a romantic Valentine's evening dinner at Tumwater Vineyard.Our in-house chef, Tucker, will be preparing a delicious multi-course dinner. We will serve dinner from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The cost is $100 per person, with a $15 deposit required to reserve your table. This deposit will be applied to your dinner invoice.
Menu:
Seared Ahi Tuna Yuzu, lemongrass marinade, and Passionfruit gastrique
Black Magic Salad with purple kale, radicchio, red cabbage, purple basil, and fresh berries with a salsa cremosa dressing
Center Cut Angus N.Y. Steak with a Pinot Noir Demi-glace and rosemary fondant potatoes. (Chicken substitute available when pre-ordered. Call or email to request after purchasing tickets.)
Chocolate Pavlova Raspberry mousse with fresh berries and a raspberry anglaise
Wine club members will receive a complimentary glass of wine with their dinner. Additional bottles and glasses will be available for purchase.
