For this special evening, Chef Taimi Carrero of APULULU Kitchen presents a five-course Tapas Menu inspired by the bold essence of Cuban, Mexican, and Spanish cuisines — reimagined with Apululu’s signature humor, passion, and playful romance.
Each course will tell its own cheeky love story through flavor, with names that tease and delight. Perfectly balanced between spice, sweetness, and soul, this menu promises to make hearts smile and palates dance.
