INCLUSION

- Welcome Drink on Arrival.

- Tent stay on Double sharing Basis with mentioned Meal Plan ( Dinner + Breakfast)

- Bonfire with Music & Entertainment.

- 500ml×2 Water Bottle Per Person (Extra will be chargeable).

- Anything that's not mentioned in the Inclusion

Things to Carry

- Powerbank Toiletries Mosquito repellent.

- Towel & Extra pair of clothes.

- Parents accompanying kids need to carry their essentials things.

Terms & Conditions:

- 18+ Year Couples are only allowed (Especially for Valentine's Day Event).

- Mentioned price is Per Person on Double Sharing tent with mentioned itinerary.

- Service on Call or Whatsapp Group will be available from 06:00PM - 10:00PM in night & 07:00AM - 9:30AM in Morning.

- Any damage to the property will be borne by visiting Guest (Include Villa as well as Camping area)

- No nuisance activity will be allowed inside the Camping area.

- 5-Year and below Kids stay is complimentary (Please carry necessary things for Kids with you as we don't have facility at premises).

- Child in age range of 6-11 Years will be charged 50% of Per Person cost.

- 12-Year and above will be considered as Adult.

Payment Rules:

-For reservation 100% payment need to be done.

-Amount will be forfeited if transfered without intimation or sharing screen shot.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

- 100% Refund If cancelled before 48-hrs.

- 50% Refund If cancelled before 24-hrs.

- 25% Refund If cancelled before 12-hrs 

No show No Refund

-In case of minimum number Head counts didn't turn up then amount will be refunded to the Original Mode of Payment (Minimum 16-Person are required for Camp Katha to happen).
