Valentine's Day Beach Pilates

Grab your friends (or lover!) and join us for a 45 min Valentine's Day/Galentine's themed pilates workout experience on the beach led by Flow Pilates Club. Wear your comfiest workout set or sweats and be ready to work your core and connect with an amazing community.

Flow Pilates Club: is a pilates community rooted in ocean-inspired movement, founded by. As one of the core principles of Pilates, 'flow' is at the heart of our philosophy. We offer unique pop-up experiences on the West Coast, providing an opportunity to move, feel inspired and connect with your calm in nature.

What to Expect:

9a: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28, & mingle with the community!

9:15-10:a: Mat Pilates (open to all fitness levels)

You'll also receive a wellness swag bag with items from some of our favorite brands.

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water; protein refreshments will be provided. We will notifiy everyone if there are any changes.

Paid parking at Lot 5 South is recommended: https://www.santamonica.gov/places/parking-lots/lot-5-south. You can also try your luck with paid street parking or free parking deeper in Santa Monica.

Once you park, you'll walk down the wooden path and we'll be right on the right or left. Look out for a cute beach setup. :)
