Treat your valentine to a unique formal dining experience complete with fine whisky, music, and dancing!Don your finest attire and join the Waxie Dargles and Chef Audra for an elegant Valentine’s Day formal. Featuring a 5-course banquet exquisitely paired with single malt whiskys, this black-tie “tour of Scotland” will give you a true taste of the highlands, and whisk you off your feet with magical cèilidh dancing and a Valentine’s Day experience you’ll never forget!
6pm: Cocktail Hour
7pm: Five-course banquet with single malt whisky pairings
8:30-11pm: Traditional Scottish cèilidh
This is a black-tie/formal event with a guided whisky tasting by Mr. Rick Ewing, founding president of the Oklahoma Malt Whisky Society with over 20 years of guided tastings from Tampa to Anchorage; Los Angeles to Chicago; as well as tastings and tours to Scotland itself! Each whisky tasting will be exquisitely paired with a unique expression of Scottish culture and cuisine by the talented Chef Audra Carter of Small World Supper Club. We will then finish the night with a traditional Scottish cèilidh dance hosted by Stillwater's very own Waxie Dargles!
Never danced a cèilidh? No worries, there will be experts on-site to provide easy-to-learn instructions so you can join in the fun! Two left feet? There will be whisky to help with that! 😂
