About this Event
This pre-spring workshop is perfectly timed for making Valentine's (or Mother's Day/Easter gifts) OR to make some healthy treats for you or your family.
Cacao is a powerhouse of nutrients and can balance your mood, boost your hormones and enhance your wellbeing!!
All the ingredients are plant-based so everything we make will be naturally dairy-free and vegan. And because we use plant-based sweeteners, the chocolate is refined-sugar free too!
Once you've been to this workshop, you'll be able to make healthy chocolates anytime for you or your family as well as make them for friends & loved ones as presents.
As well as learning how to make 2 different chocolate recipes (dark and mylk chocolate), you'll also receive:
*Nutritional highlights of the chocolate ingredients
*Where I source ingredients & equipment
*Top tips around making & setting your chocolate
*Recipes to take home
*Warm tea & chocolate tasters
We'll also personalise our chocolate with nuts, seed & flower petals as well as food-grade essential oils and natural extracts.
Making healthy switches for things you already eat & drink, is an intentional way of up-levelling your diet & lifestyle which over time can lead to improved health both physically, emotionally and even spiritually.
Once you've learned how to make your own healthy chocolates, you'll be able to make them again and again; whether to give as gifts, when you get an urge for a sweet treat or have guest
About me:
You'll be in good hands as I've been making & teaching classes in healthy/raw chocolate-making since 2010. I also hold a diploma in naturopathic nutrition so will weave in nutritional insight alongside.
