Looking for a fun and sweet way to celebrate Valentine's Day? Join our artisan chocolate-making class and spend quality time together creating delectable chocolate treats! During this in-person event, you'll learn the art and science of chocolate-making from Koda at Sol Chocolates, a local chocolate-maker. Get ready to indulge in a hands-on experience that will leave you with decadent creations to enjoy and share. Come make memories and chocolates with your loved one this Valentine's!

Ages 6 and up. Couples, Pal/Galentines, and Kids are WELCOME!

What you'll experience...

• Learn about the origins of chocolate and how it is goes from tree to bar 🌳
• Temper your own batch of chocolate using cacao butter silk
• Hand pour, mould, and decorate 1 pound of artisan chocolate to take home! 💝

What is included in the class?

• Step-by-step guidance and help
• 1 lb of locally-made 60% dark buttermilk chocolate per couple
• All molds, toppings, inclusions, and packaging
• All equipment and materials
• Each attendee will be entered to win Sol drinking chocolate! 🏆
