An evening with Returning Rapids Project

Please join Glen Canyon Institute and Fisher Brewery in welcoming the Moab based group Returning Rapids Project to Salt Lake City.

After an introduction from GCI, we will hear from river runners and experts Mike DeHoff, Meg Flynn, and Peter Lefebvre from RRP. They will share stories, photos, and a unique look into their work from the Colorado and San Juan Rivers. After the presentation, we will host a short q+a panel with the group. This will be a great way to gain an understanding of where we are at in the new era of water scarcity and how it's impacting the river system.

Ticket sales and donations will go directly to support this important work happening along the river system and to champion better water and land management in the region.

We will open doors at 6:00pm and the presentations will begin at 7.

Please note that this event is being hosted in the Fisher Brewing event space and is 21+. A ticket does not guarantee a chair, arrive early for a seat.
