You will learn about board design and layout, how to use colors and flowers to make your board pop, and more importantly, Regina will teach you about gateway cheeses and how to choose cheeses that you love based on the ones you already enjoy.
In addition to cheese selection, we will also show you how to cut and display cheeses, meats, and fruits to create a beautiful and visually appealing board. You will leave the class with the skills to create a stunning and delicious charcuterie board that is sure to impress your friends and family.
And the best part? You will get to enjoy your creation on site, or you can take it home and share it with your friends and family.
