Join us on Wednesday, February 12, at Whistle Pig Brewing for an unforgettable, personalized pairing dinner experience! This Whistle Pig University event lets you and your guest build your own curriculum for a night of delicious food and perfectly paired beverages.

What’s Included:
Each track features 5 expertly curated courses:

A snack course to awaken your palate - A warm soup or crisp salad - A shareable entrée small plate - A refreshing fruit-based palate cleanser - A decadent dessert

Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected pour from your chosen track for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.

Here’s how it works:
Choose your track:

• 🍺 Beer with Savory Meat and Cheese – indulge in bold, rich flavors.
• 🍷 Sweet Wine and Spicy Bites – turn up the heat with fiery, adventurous options.
• ✨ Zero-Proof or🍹 Cocktails - Fresh and fun picnic time indulgence

And course by course you will be served hand selected pours specially matched for optimal enjoyment. Receive a welcome drink upon arrival and enjoy the snack waiting for you on the table, then the first of 4 additional servings will begin at about 6-6:15.

One by one the instructors will review each beverage and each food pairing.
