Valentine's Beer Pairing Dinner

Bring someone you love or a platonic fellow beer lover to the Hazelwood Brew House for a very special four course Valentine's beer pairing dinner with Abstract Realm Brewing, New France Brewing, and Comfort and Spice.

On Friday, February 14, partake in four uniquely created courses from Comfort and Spice, each paired with an 8 oz beer from Abstract Realm or New France. Choose from a 6 pm ticket or a 7 pm ticket and enjoy everyone's favorite love language - food!

Menu slated to include:

• Beets and Goat Cheese on a bed of arugula with candied nuts* paired w/New France
• French Medley Mac & Cheese paired w/New France
• Korean Pork Belly paired w/Abstract Realm
• Bread Pudding w/fruit compote and creme fraiche paired w/Abstract Realm

*nuts optional

A vegetarian option is avaiable for the pork belly upon request - please note at check out if you would prefer the vegetarian option.
