My Vitae is known for creating environments that support presence. For this evening, the space is transformed into a candlelit setting where live musicians guide the tone, the room moves slowly, and the night is allowed to unfold without rush.

Guests arrive to warm light and live music that immediately sets a different rhythm. A three-course plated dinner is served unhurriedly, creating space to linger, talk, and actually sit with one another — without interruption, without noise, without pressure to move on.

As dessert concludes, the room subtly opens.

Arugula salad with roasted beets and goat cheese

• AAA New York Striploin with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Roasted Chicken Suprême with risotto, cherry tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, and roasted red pepper sauce
• Vegetarian butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter, cherry tomatoes, and spinach

Dessert (choice of)
• Crème brûlée
• Chocolate lava cake

Freshly brewed coffee and tea served with dessert.

Non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the evening.

This is a bring-your-own-beverage evening. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beverages of their choice to enjoy responsibly at their table. Alcohol will not be sold on site.

Refund & Credit Policy

All ticket purchases are final sale.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another couple with prior notice.

Refunds are not offered. However, if you are unable to attend, you may request a credit to My Vitae equal to the value of your ticket. This credit may be applied toward future My Vitae events, services, or offerings and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.
