Celebrate Valentine's Day with a 5 Course Dinner & Beer Pairing crafted by Chef Brian and Brewer Wil Turner.This is a special one night table service event.
Your evening begins when you check in at the bar and receive your Welcome beer. We will walk you to your reserved table.
Welcome Beer: Northern Lights - Session IPA 4.3% ABV
1. French Onion Tart
Beer: La Resistance - Saison 6.2% ABV
Saison Caramelized Onions & Gruyere Baked on Puff Pastry Garnished with Chives
2.Strawberry Spinach Salad
Beer: Silver Lining - Hazy IPA 6.7% ABV
Spinach, Strawberries, Red Onion, Feta Cheese Crumbles, & Candied Pecans tossed in a Kiwi Poppyseed Dressing
3. White Velvet Soup
Beer: Morley - American Brown Ale
Scratch made Puree of Parsnips, Turnips, Celery, Fennel & Almond Milk, with Onions & Bacon. Garnished with a Pomegranate Gremolata
4. Lollipop Lamb Chops
Beer: Winter Wheat Bock 6.5% ABV
Lollipop Lamb Chops served Medium Rare with a Scratch Made Mint Chimichurri Sauce accompanied by Mashed Potatoes with Celery Root, & Buttered Leeks Garnished with Lamb Demi Glaze

Beer: Bourbon Barrel Aged Vlad vs Zombie vs Shark 18% ABV
Raspberry Encased in a Scratch Made Bourbon Barrel Aged VZS Ice Cream Dipped in Milk Chocolate & Drizzed with White Chocolate
