Join us for a beautiful Sound Bath Experience with Meditation in our Wellbeing Therapy Room.
This is a smaller more intimate setting for up to 5 people (maximum 6 for people who know each other and don't mind being closer!)
Mats, Blankets and Pillows are provided.
In these slightly longer sessions we will add extra elements such as a Cacao Ceremony, Focused Journalling, Specific Intentions, Sharing Circles, Visualisation.
