Our second annual Valentine's Dinner will feature a feast from The Delish Dish and dessert from The Sweetest Squirrel, along with thoughtfully selected beer and mead pairings from Fabled Brew Works. (Reservations are required!)
This event includes:
💘Welcome Beer: Our favorite traditional style
💘Appetizer: 2 appetizers on arrival (Meat and Cheese plate, and Hummus Tahina Crudité platter)
-Paired with Barrel-Aged Nightlock (Mead with Blueberries and Maple Syrup)
💘Dinner: Chicken Piccata OR Beef Brisket with Bourbon Peach Glaze
Served with a Harvest Salad, Pickles, Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Balsamic Roasted Vegetables, and Dinner Rolls
-Paired with Princess Peach mead (get the first taste of our upcoming peach and tangerine mead!)
💘Dessert: Tiramisu OR Strawberry Shortcake
- Paired with Morgoth (Imperial Stout with Coffee, Toffee, and Cocoa, collab with More Brewing) OR Scoopy Doo (Imperial Neapolitan Stout, collab with Forbidden Root)
