Choreographed to encourage stress, tension, and anxiety reduction, this Sound Bath is recommended as complimentary support for every-body, but especially those who experience stress, anxiety, general overwhelm, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, chronic pain, or depressed immunity.

***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, doors will be locked, late entry is not permitted, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Yoga mats, knee bolsters, and blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring any addition props desired for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment. Parking available in front of our building, lot accessable on corner of Central Ave and 47th.
