Join us for a Vagus Nerve Activation Sound Bath specifically designed to restore balance to your nervous system through the healing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with other powerful instruments. The vagus nerve plays a vital role in the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for promoting relaxation digestion and a sense of calm. When overstimulated the sympathetic nervous system takes over leading to stress anxiety digestive issues insomnia and other physical and emotional challenges.
In this immersive sound bath we’ll focus on toning and stimulating the two vagus nerves by surrounding participants with low-frequency crystal and Tibetan bowls. These carefully calibrated vibrations help to strengthen and activate the vagus nerve encouraging a shift from Sympathetic Dominance—associated with chronic stress worry and fatigue—to Parasympathetic Activation the state of deep relaxation healing and regeneration.
As we create a harmonious soundscape the vibrations will release energetic blockages rebalance your autonomic nervous system and restore your body’s natural rhythm. Combined with guided breathwork this experience will help you feel centered clear-headed and recharged. A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments including singing bowls gongs chimes and more. During a sound bath people lie down and listen to resonant sounds allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation explore self-inquiry and self-discovery and help people let go of stress anxiety or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety soothing the nervous system and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls) Crystal Quartzophone Harp Zaphir Chimes Bar Chimes Flutes Rain Stick Buffalo Drum Ocean Drum Steel Tongue Drum Handpans Kalimba Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.

To help us care for our premium floor cushions we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably bring water and eat beforehand.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury tinnitus epilepsy metal in the body etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath thank you!
