Visual Arts Guild of Frisco is hosting a monthly membership meeting at the Gallery 8680 (8680 E. Main St. Frisco, TX)
Monday, March 17, 2025.
* Doors open at 6:30 pm; the meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
* Our VAGF Member-Artists are encouraged to bring a small-to-medium piece of art for Artist of the Month voting.
The meeting is free for members, while guests are encouraged to make a $10 donation at the door.

Welcome our guest speaker, David Downs!
Topic: The Artist Within – A Discussion and Presentation on Listening to Your Inner Artist
David Downs is a Plano, Texas-based photographer active in many photography associations (Dallas PPA, Texas PPA & PPA). He’s had a passion for photography from a young age but only began his serious journey in the last 12 years. He has a studio in Plano where he teaches several aspects of photography and produces commercial imagery and creative work. David has been recognized as a Certified Professional Photographer and a Master Photographer by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Although he only began entering print competitions in 2023, he has already accumulated many photography awards. David is regularly invited to judge photography competitions and is a sought-after speaker and published author. He also leads travel-based workshops in Texas and beyond.
