Vaccination Clinic for Seniors Sixty and Over

Capital City Activity Center is partnering with Capital Pharmacy of Frankfort to offer vaccinations for seniors sixty and over. First Baptist Church has been chosen as one of the sites. The vaccination clinic will offer Tetanus, Flu, Pneumonia, Covid, RSV, and Shingles vaccinations. The date is Tuesday, October 7th from 9am- 11am.
The clinic will be held in the Edna Patton Fellowship Hall of the church. You will need to bring your insurance card and an identification card. A form will need to be completed upon your arrival for their records. If you don’t have health insurance, financial assistance may be available.
Transportation to the clinic can be provided with 24-hour notice. T-shirts will be given to all that participate.
