VBS is a huge deal here at Living Word! Every year we are able to have it, it has been a great time of learning and fun for our children! And it's not just a great time for the kids - volunteers of all ages and abilities show up to help make it the experience it is.This year, VBS will be held in the evenings, from 5:30-8 PM, on Sunday, May 31, through Wednesday, June 3. All children 4-years-old (by VBS) through 5th grade (25-26 school year) are welcome to attend!
This year's theme is Rainforest Falls: Exploring the Nature of God. Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
All are invited! VBS is for all children - invite their friends! Further, numerous types of volunteers are needed Grab a friend and sign up to volunteer together!
Free-will Donation Meal! Due to construction starting, we are unsure if we will have a meal this year. Stay tuned for updates!
Register today! We are asking all children and volunteers to register in advance - no later than Sunday, May 24.
