Come learn who Jesus really is through interactive lessons, games, crafts, snacks, and music during Vacation Bible School! June 1st-5th, children going into grades 1st-6th can come have LOADS of fun learning about Jesus during VBS! Children can check in from 6:00-6:15 p.m., enjoy VBS learning and fun from 6:15-8:15 p.m., and check out to go home at 8:15 p.m. This year’s motto is, “Shining A Light On Who Jesus Really Is.” The kids will be challenged to answer Jesus' important questions to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world. The theme verse is John 8:12 which says, “Jesus spoke to them again: 'I am the light of the world'". Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life."
First Baptist Church has a wonderful transportation team, and transportation is available in specific areas. Call 937-339-3602 for more information!
Friday, June 5th, is the Family Fun Festival! Parents come and stay at VBS with your child on June 5th from 6:00-8:15 p.m.! Enjoy free snow cones, cotton candy, a jumpy house, and many other fun activities!
At our Family Fun Night, every child entering grades 1-6 will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win some pretty awesome prizes, including the following: Cincinnati Zoo tickets, Kings’ Island tickets, Dayton Dragons baseball tickets, Hero Day jump park passes, and many themed prize baskets!
