Konferencija se događa u sklopu EU projekta Co-Vision kojeg Lab852 provodi u suradnji s međunarodnim partnerima s ciljem mapiranja europske prirodne baštine u digitalnom arhivu.
Uz konferenciju, na obližnjim nekonvencionalnim lokacijama u javnom prostoru, prezentirat ćemo prostornu instalaciju Medusa Valley grčkog umjetnika Yiannisa Kranidiotisa i audiovizualni rad Puls otoka Ivana Marušića Klifa i Francisce Roche Gonçalves.

We invite you to join the conference Making the Invisible Visible on Friday, March 27, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM at Urania Zagreb on Kvaternikov Square.
The Co-Vision: Making the Invisible Visible conference connects artists, scientists, curators, youth, and decision-makers interested in exploring new frameworks for ecological engagement, and explores ways in which creative and scientific practices come together to deepen understanding of nature and inspire transformative action.
In a time of escalating ecological crises, the boundaries between disciplines are blurring. Artists, scientists, and environmental thinkers are finding new ways to collaborate, communicate, and imagine a future that is sustainable or regenerative.
This conference asks the central question:
How can art and science collaborate more effectively to address the ecological challenges of our time?
On Friday, March 27, in Urania on Kvaternikov trg, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., participants will, through panels, workshops and debates, examine the role of artistic practice in communicating environmental knowledge and emotions, as well as cooperation models that bridge disciplinary divisions and engage communities and decision makers.
The conference will be attended, among others, by representatives of the World Wildlife Fund, curatorial collectives Kontejner and UR Institute, the Culture Desk of Serbia and Croatia, scientists from PMF, the debate club of the 10th high school in Zagreb, and prominent international and local artists.
Registration is mandatory and free at the link: https://mailchi.mp/033565241a8a/co-vision-conference
The conference takes place as part of the EU project Co-Vision, which Lab852 implements in cooperation with international partners with the aim of mapping the European natural heritage in a digital archive.
In addition to the conference, we will present the spatial installation Medusa Valley by the Greek artist Yiannis Kranidiotis and the audiovisual work Pulse of the Island by Ivan Marušić Klif and Francisca Roche Gonçalves at nearby unconventional locations in the public space.
