Dr. Walid Daw, voditelj radionice, je iskusni klinički psiholog i psihoterapeut sa više od 40 godina iskustva koji u svom radu integrise različite terapijske pravce. Njegovo stručno znanje obuhvata širok spektar terapeutskih pravaca, uključujući Geštalt terapiju, Bioenergetiku, Rolfing, Biodinamiku i Core Energetics, što ga čini jednim od ključnih stručnjaka u ovoj oblasti. Kao osnivač Švajcarskog Core Energetics Instituta, dr. Daw je trenirao više od 70 terapeuta, a danas održava edukacije u Nemačkoj, Meksiku i Hrvatskoj. Core Development, pravac psihoterapije koji integriše fizičko, emotivno i duhovno zdravlje, pomaže klijentima da prepoznaju i oslobode blokirane emocije i energiju u telu, čime omogućava dublje isceljenje i transformaciju.
Tema radionice: Učenje srcem
U današnjem svetu, gde sukobi i nepovezanost preovlađuju – bilo u bliskim krugovima ili na globalnom nivou – potrebna je nova vrsta učenja usmerena na rast i isceljenje.
Učenje srcem podrazumeva napuštanje isključivo logičkog i analitičkog načina razmišljanja i podstice na dublje povezivanje sa čulima, osećanjima, emocijama i telesnim senzacijama.
Namera radionice je da pokrene i podrži učesnike na putu samootkrivanja i transformacije sa fokusom na:
- Razvijanju ljubavi prema sebi i sposobnosti da dozivite svoje emocije.
- Prepoznavanju unutrašnjih izvora snage.
- Empatičnom slušanju i stvaranju sigurnog prostora za
povezivanje i isceljenje.
- Postavljanju zdravih granica i podsticanju ličnog rasta.
- Preuzimanju odgovornosti za sebe.
- Prihvatanju ranjivosti sa nežnošću i ljubavlju.
- Suočavanju sa blokadama uzrokovanim stidom i strahovima sa empatijom i hrabrošću.
Učenje srcem počinje u središtu vašeg bića – tamo gde se osećate moćno, sigurno i vredno. Ovo unutrašnje utočište postoji u svima nama, čak i kad nije uvek svesno dostupno. Kreiranjem sigurnog i podržavajućeg prostora, učesnici ce biti podržani ka svesnijem povezivanju sa svojim unutrašnjim izvorom snage i vitalnosti i time pojačatii svoj doživljaj lične stabilnosti i otpornosti.

Workshop Theme: Learning with the Heart

Learning with the heart means moving beyond pure logic and analytical thinking and encourages a deeper connection with your senses, emotions, feelings, and bodily sensations.
The intention of this workshop is to support participants on their journey of self-discovery and transformation, with a focus on:
- Developing self-love and the ability to fully experience emotions.
- Recognizing inner sources of strength.
- Practicing empathetic listening and creating a safe space for connection and healing.
- Establishing healthy boundaries and encouraging personal growth.

- Confronting shame and fear-related blocks with empathy and courage.
