All skill levels are welcome!

Info: Come and join us for a guided painting session in collaboration with our Student Ambassadors. All participants will be able to take home a homemade piece of art! (2 Rotations of this activity: 4:00-5:30 p.m. & 5:30-7:00 p.m.)

Info: Phoenix Family Weekend participants are invited to breakfast with Chancellor Michael Alexander! The buffet-style breakfast will be in the Social House of the University Union. Students are free; guests are $10.00 and must register in advance. Tickets will sell out fast!

Phlash Photography: Awkward Family Photos (Union Concourse)
Info: Strike a pose and make some unforgettable Phoenix Family Weekend memories! Stop by our photo booth and embrace the fun of awkward family portraits, silly props, and creative poses. Families will receive a keepsake photo strip to take home as a reminder of their time together on campus. Be sure to stop by while Phlash is visiting for a special appearance and snap a photo with everyone's favorite Phoenix mascot!

Students Only - Family Letter Lounge (Cloud Lounge)
Info: Phoenix Family Weekend celebrates the people who support our students both near and far. At the Family Letter Lounge, students can write letters to family members and loved ones who couldn't join us on campus. We'll provide stationery, envelopes, and postage, then mail your letter on your behalf. It's a simple but meaningful way to express gratitude, share memories, and strengthen connections beyond Family Weekend. This event is made possible through collaborations with the Multicultural Resource Center, Office of International Education, and Good Times Programming.

Explore Campus Scavenger Hunt (Union Concourse + Various Locations)
Info: Ready to put your campus knowledge to the test? Grab a scavenger hunt guide in the Union Concourse and set off on an adventure across campus! Along the way, you'll uncover student resources, learn fun facts, and explore spaces that play an important role in the student experience. Each completed stop earns tickets for prize drawings, so be sure to visit as many locations as possible to increase your chances of winning.

Play in Phoenix Park (Phoenix Park)
Info: Join us for an afternoon of family fun in Phoenix Park! Challenge your family members to giant yard games like Jenga, Connect 4, Checkers, Bags, Kan Jam, and more. Students from UWGB's University Recreation team will be on hand to teach, demonstrate, and play along.
Families can also enjoy balloon art and caricatures from Mischief & Magic, creating unique keepsakes from Phoenix Family Weekend. For our younger Phoenix fans, the Kids Corner, hosted by our Aspiring Educators student organization, will feature interactive read-aloud stories, coloring activities, and creative fun designed especially for children. There's something for every age to enjoy, so come play, relax, and make memories together!

The Phlash Dash 5K Run/Walk is a fun, non-competitive, non-chip timed event that is open to all UWGB alumni, current students, faculty & staff, families and the general public. Hay Wagon Rides Through Campus (Start in MAC Circle)
Info: Take in the beautiful fall sights of campus on a relaxing horse-drawn wagon ride! Guided by a UW-Green Bay Student Ambassador, this approximately 20-minute tour offers families a unique opportunity to explore campus, learn about student life, and hear fun facts and insights along the way. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning to campus, it's a memorable way to experience UW-Green Bay together.

Guided Arboretum Walks (Start at Shorewood Center)
Info: Experience the natural beauty of UW-Green Bay's campus on a guided walk through the Cofrin Memorial Arboretum. Before the walk, participants will also learn about the Shorewood Center and the outdoor recreation opportunities available to both students and community members - you'll even have a chance to try your hand at our disc golf course! During the walk, families can participate in interactive activities or simply enjoy a relaxing walk through nature. (Terrain: asphalt, crushed stone, & grass. Bring comfortable footwear!)
